GMI Architects designed the renovations to create Simone’s, a contemporary eatery located just blocks away from Warren’s waterfront. The project included a reconfigured bar bordering the new dining area, the construction of an open kitchen that guests can view from their tables, and enhancements to the building’s façade and entrance sequence. The restaurant welcomes you with a story and a half entrance vestibule that is enhanced by clerestory windows and an accent pendent light.

In tones of white, grays, and silver, a pop of yellow adds a sense of welcoming to the interiors.
